Scouts South Africa does not directly reimburse members for fuel used. However, if the member does drive their vehicle in service of the event (only on event dates) they may be permitted to partial compensation.
Should there have been Scouters on the event that drove the Event Leader must submit the fuel log form below along with the other financial submissions.
| Event Leaders MUST NOT pay Scouters fuel money themselves. Any and all reimbursements for an event will come from Western Cape HQ. |
