In the event that you need to contact Troop Scouters you can use the Directory function on Scouts.Digital, or you can send an email to james.stewart(at)scouts.org.za to get a temporary link to a full database.

Refund Procedures
In the event a Scout has withdrawn from a course or a team has withdrawn from a competition the Regional Finance Team will always defer to the Refund Policy (below). In the case of courses you will need to use the Regional Course Refunds document to show which Scout falls into which scenario.
