Through the course of your Event you may well need some assistance or aid. The options available are listed below.


Technical Helpdesk

If you are having trouble with:

  1. Scouts.Digital
  2. The Permit System

You will be able to go to https://support.scouts.org.za/ and either find the solution in the Knowledge Base, or you can submit a Ticket. Once done the necessary agent will contact you and assist further.

Please do note that the support agents of the Helpdesk are volunteers of Scouts South Africa so they are not available 24/7 for issues. Bear this in mind when you are seeking their help
